I’ve had the opportunity to design several AI-powered features that strengthened key flows across the Plentific product suite, including helping users craft clearer messaging, to improving repair reporting accuracy, to enabling quick understanding of complex cases through AI-generated summaries.
Deputy is a global workforce management leader serving 340,000+ businesses and 1.4 million workers. This project focused on optimizing the platform’s most critical mobile touchpoint: the clock-in and clock-out experience.
